COVID-19 UPDATE

As Auckland is in Level 3, we are able to provide limited cleaning services during this time, these include:

- Flood Restoration
- All cleaning services if property is vacant or no one will be onsite while our team is working there.
- Builders cleaning
- Curtain & Blind cleaning with contactless pickup & drop-off (there will be no taking down or installation included)

**Payment will need to be made either via online banking or credit card online or over the phone prior to our visit. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the booking


Our temporary office opening hours are as below:

Monday-Saturday: 8:30AM-4:00PM
Sunday: closed

During these hours our phone line is available to book in cleaning services, for contactless quotations etc and for contactless blind and curtain drop off at our office. Our office is not open to walk-ins currently. If you would like to drop off your curtains and blinds for cleaning, drop them at the front of the office with your contact info (full name, contact number and email address). Someone will always be at the desk at front so will collect your goods right away!

If you're booking a service that requires an empty property, be sure to clear it with our team before the date. If we find any individuals on site when we arrive for cleaning, your job will be cancelled and there may even be fees incurred by us!

Our team are taking health and safety very seriously and are adhering to thorough measures provided by the Government. All technicians are doing the below to keep themselves and you safe:

- maintaining 2M distance from others at all times
- thorough and frequent washing of hands
- hand sanitation utilised during, before, and after each job
- daily sanitation of frequently touched areas in work vehicles
- use of gloves, masks and other protective equipment
- anyone who is feeling unwell is strictly told to stay at home, no exceptions
